DEFI WHEELS WARRANTY

All merchandise distributed by DEFI WHEELS is covered by a limited 90 days warranty against manufacturer’s defects with the following exceptions(Original Purchased Copy Requested):

ALLOY WHEELS:

DEFI WHEELS warrants that its wheels will be free from structural defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. DEFI WHEELS also warrants to the original purchaser, that the finish of the wheels will be free of cosmetic defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. 

This warranty is only valid when the wheel(s) are returned to DEFI WHEELS freight prepaid with a copy of the original proof of purchase.

DEFI WHEELS obligation under this warranty will be limited to the repair or replacement of any wheel which is considered to be defective by DEFI WHEELS.

DEFI WHEELS will inspect all warranty returns. Wheels covered by the warranty will be repaired or replaced at DEFI WHEELS discretion and returned to the sender freight prepaid. Those wheels that are not covered by the warranty will be returned to freight collect.

What is covered?

• Any peeling of the paint, clear coat or chrome on the face of the wheel.
  
• Wheels that have a lateral or radial run out of greater than 0.025” or 0.635mm, as long as there is no evidence of impact.
  
• Wheels that leak air.
  
• Wheels that have improperly machined bolt holes, center bores or offsets.
  

What is not covered?

• Any peeling of the paint, clear coat or chrome in the barrel or on the back of the wheel.
  
• Wheels that have a lateral or radial run out of less than 0.025inch or 0.635mm.
  
• Cosmetic damage caused by poor maintenance, exposure to corrosive agents and/or environments, impact, ''curb rash'', road hazard or neglect.
  
• Damage to the finish of the wheel caused by tire installation or the use of an impact gun.
  
• Corrosion, pitting, scratches or staining due to improper wheel maintenance.
  
• Wheels that have been damaged by impact, accident, racing, off-road use(MUSE PRODUCTS EXCLUDED), negligence, misuse or exceeding the maximum load rating.
  
• Wheels that have been repaired, modified or altered.

• Paint chipping around the lug holes due to contact with installation tools
  
• Cosmetic defects that are claimed more than one year after purchase.

• Wheels transferred to another vehicle, resulting in an improper fitment
  
• Claims made by anyone other than the original purchaser.

This warranty is given by DEFI WHEELS and is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of this warranty.

Some States and/or Provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so one or more of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty expires upon title transfer of any DEFI products by the original purchaser.

No warranty or representation by anyone other than DEFI WHEELS shall be binding upon DEFI WHEELS.

This shall be the limit of the liability of DEFI WHEELS for defective goods and under no circumstances shall DEFI WHEELS be responsible for any damages whatsoever, including consequential damages, economic damages, or lost profit.
